Archives and Meteorology Department / Guest Bedroom

The Archives contain correspondence, press clippings and photographs documenting HoMu's history, project drafts and drawings from Director Noterdaeme's scrapbooks.

The Meteorology Department is designed to anticipate and measure changes in the world's cultural climate. A Cultural Weather Map and a weathervane continuously trace the directions and the impact of art movements across North America. In addition, the Department employs a hygrothermograph to monitor the atmosphere within the Museum. Weekly charts from the hygrothermograph chronicle the ups and downs of HoMu BKLYN's history.
